Annual Planned Maintenance

ElectrAssure provides a complete electric vehicle charger aftercare, so your EV charging infrastructure continues to run smoothly. A key element of our electric vehicle charging support is an annual safety and maintenance check, to keep your business moving.

Call-fix Maintenance

If your charging system has a problem, it can probably be resolved remotely via the Hubeleon management system. This avoids an engineer visit so enables a speedy resolution. If a hardware fault is identified then our charge point engineers will visit the site, replacing components as necessary.

Chargepoint Management

With a market leading management system and engineers qualified to the highest levels, our support for you and your equipment is complete. Utilising a market leading chargepoint management system, you can closely monitor and manage the performance of your EV charging system.

Chargepoint Management

Should you have any queries, our team is on hand to answer your calls and emails to make sure you are happy and getting the best from your system. We provide training and advice to make sure that everyone gets the best possible charging and driving experience.
