ElectrAssure delivers commercial EV charging infrastructure exclusively for organisations in Hertfordshire. From site survey to commissioning, we handle every stage of your installation from start to finish.

EV Charger Installation For Organisations Across Hertfordshire

Hertfordshire is one of the South East’s most commercially active counties. Boasting notable household names such as Ocado, Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Arla Foods.

The electrification of commercial and fleet operations is accelerating faster here than almost anywhere else outside of London.

ElectrAssure is a commercial EV Charging specialist, working exclusively with businesses, fleet operators, and commercial organisations. We do not install residential chargers. Every project we undertake is designed around the operational realities of a working business, including power demand, vehicle throughput, shift patterns, and the need for zero-downtime infrastructure.

Our team manages the entire process, including the initial site survey, DNO applications, infrastructure design, installation, and commissioning. Our post-installation services also include ongoing maintenance and Chargepoint Management System (CPMS) integration, included as standard for clients who need it.

How We Work

Our installation process is a simple 4 step process.

  1. Site Survey – Our engineers assess your site. That includes things like existing power supply, cable routes, parking layout and future capacity needs.
  2. Infrastructure Design – We design a charging solution around your operational requirements, not a generic off-the-shelf layout. We also take into account your future scale.
  3. Installation / Fit Out – Our OZEV-approved installers handles all civils, cabling and chargepoint installation with minimal disruption to your business.
  4. Commissioning & Ongoing Support – Full system commissioning, CPMS onboarding and ongoing maintenance packages to keep your infrastructure performing.

Commercial EV Charging Installation Across Herts

A commercial EV charging installation is more than fitting a chargepoint to a wall. For most Hertfordshire businesses, the work begins with a DNO application to secure the additional power supply your site will need.

This is usually needed for multi-bay or high-power DC installations. This process requires engineering expertise and familiarity with the local distribution network, and it’s where inexperienced installers frequently cause costly delays.

From there, the design phase determines charger placement, cable routing, load management and battery storage strategy.

For larger sites, a Chargepoint Management System allows you to monitor usage, allocate costs across departments or vehicles, and control access by RFID card or app.

Our team can also guide you when it comes to Government funding which remains available for eligible businesses through schemes including the Workplace Charging Scheme. This particular scheme offers up to £350 per socket. If applicable, our team can take care of grant applications as part of the project process.

Our goal is to equip Hertfordshire businesses with all of the expertise and support needed during this transition.
